We are pleased to announce that we are rapidly approaching the earmark of 100,000 members
of Club Asteria. This is so exciting because it highlights the intent and desire of so many
around the world to make a positive difference in their own lives and the lives of those that
desperately need help.
At Club-Asteria our goals continue to be to help our members earn extra income, to be able
to store, manage and transfer funds throughout the world with the support of our financial partners,
and to provide philanthropic support. Our mission and vision have resonated throughout
the world. Our members are located in over 150 countries. In 2010 we originally incorporated
in the United States and I have enclosed for your review the original incorporation certificate.

As we proceed into 2011, we are in the process of incorporating in different regions of the world
to better serve our membership base. By incorporating in these different regions we can establish
bank accounts that can facilitate improved currency exchange. We have already successfully
incorporated and established bank accounts in Asia, which will once again assist us in servicing
our members.
